Adam has been specialising in private client law as both solicitor and trainee for nearly 12 years in London and the Midlands and heads up our private client department. In that time he has come across several challenging estates and trusts. He also undertook and passed the STEP diploma as a way of becoming a Trusts and Estate Practitioner and full member of STEP, the global organisation for Trusts and Estates. He specialises in Wills, the administration of estates (i.e. probate), Trusts both the creation and administration of them, estate planning both domestically and cross border and the taxation of Trusts, estates and individuals.

Is assisting with a major Trusts dispute that is currently being heard in the Chancery Division of the High Court
Ensuring the elderly are not persuaded to enter into potentially loss making schemes that claim to save care fees
