Civil Litigation is a term used to encompass legal issues which usually involve a dispute between two or more parties. Regardless of the matter in dispute, it is crucial to seek advice at an early stage.

We provide a complete service from the start of the dispute to the end, including any of court process that is needed.  Our advice will include the best methods available to help resolve the dispute.

  • Claims involving members of the armed forces including Personal Injury and Administration claims
  • Mediation and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution process.

We can offer an initial fixed fee consultation service for £100.00+VAT. This will enable you to obtain advice as to whether your claim should be pursued and an idea of the cost that may be involved.

We also offer a fixed fee service in respect of Small Claims Track matters with a value of less than £10,000. 

We include the First Letter Before Action if the consultation of the matter with a qualified Solicitor is a maximum of 30 minutes. If the consultation takes one hour an additional fee of £25.00 will be charged for the Letter Before Action to be written and sent to the other side.
