There are many ways to solve a dispute, where possible, we will negotiate on your behalf to resolve the dispute, trying to avoid the additional cost and the stress of going to Court. Court proceedings should only be considered as a last resort. Sometimes court cannot be avoided. In these circumstances, we will fight tirelessly to protect your best interests and ensure the dispute is resolved to your satisfaction.

We currently offer an initial fixed fee consultation. This provides you with the opportunity to discuss your dispute with a Solicitor who will explain your prospects of success, approximately how long your case may take to conclude, and the likely costs that could be involved. 

We will provide you with an honest evaluation of your dispute.
