PRACTICE MANAGER

Joined Lamb & Holmes in 1998 as Practice Manager. John has a Diploma in Managerial Studies, obtained in 1998.

Managing a busy legal practice with two offices.

Anne Height

Joined Lamb & Holmes in 1978 and became a Legal Assistant in 1988.

Specialist areas of work:
Residential Conveyancing, Freehold and Leasehold, Re-Mortgages, Transfer of Equity and Arrangement of HIPS

Equestrian activities, Motorsports.

Faye Osborne Richardson


Joined Lamb & Holmes in 1999 as an office junior. Faye is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.

Specialist areas of work:
Debt recovery, general Civil Litigation. Licensing, Landlord and Tenant, change of name deeds and agency work.

Outside Interests:
Music, Theatre and Travelling.

Julia Routen


She qualified as a Solicitor in 1984 and joined Lamb & Holmes as an Assistant Solicitor in 1989.

Specialist areas of work:
Probate, creation and administration of trusts, preparing of wills, inheritance tax planning, preparation of tax returns and Deeds of Gift of Land. A Member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Member of the Law Society’s Probate Section.

Outside Interests:
Equestrian activities, Scouting and outdoor pursuits.

Worked since 1978 in private practice joined Lamb & Holmes in 1990 becoming a Legal Assistant in 1999.

Zoe Staite


Initially educated as a barrister and called to the Bar in 2006, she joined Lamb & Holmes in 2009 as a trainee solicitor.

Areas of work:
Debt recovery, Commercial & Residential Leases, Company, and general Civil Litigation.
