As employment law becomes more complex employment problems and disputes become more common. Whether you are an employer, an employee, a consultant or an independent contractor, we can help you with these problems.

We advise Employers on a variety of topics - how current legislation affects their rights and obligations towards their workforce, areas such as contracts of employment, grievance and disciplinary procedure, redundancy, discrimination, unfair dismissal, equal pay and working hours.

We also advise employees with similar problems, whether in connection with contracts or conditions of employment, should they feel that they have been unfairly treated, discriminated against, unfairly dismissed, or unfairly selected for redundancy.

We assist in the complex business of dealing with employment rights on the sale or disposal of a business, either from the employers or the employees perspective .

We assist in settling employment disputes, advising on grievance and disciplinary procedures, appeals, settlement terms and if appropriate Compromise Agreements. If settlement cannot be reached we will arrange representation for you in Court or Tribunal Proceedings.
