This further service for our Business Clients involves the Sale, purchase or other transfer of business premises whether leasehold or freehold. We act for clients in connection with offices, shop, factories, warehouses, care homes and a variety of other commercial organizations.

As well as buying and selling we will help with complexities involved in rent reviews. Renewal of leases, dilapidations, access and boundary disputes, together with insurance taxation and planning.

We can also help with Energy Performance Certificates which are generally required on the disposal of commercial properties.

For clients involved in building and property development, we will help with searches, with drainage rights, closure and diversion of roads, rights of way, road and water agreements. We will assist with documentation on planning inquiries and agreements with local authorities and the NHBC.
