    The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Regulations) came into force on the 6th April 2017. Consequently, there is now a requirement for affected employers to publish six separate pieces of information annually. This will include the overall gender pay gap, highlighting if any, differences between their male and female average hourly rates of pay.
